Iron Fortress

Overview

The Iron Fortress was the palace and seat of power of the Stone Giant nation — a civilization that once ruled over the marsh giants and held significant territory in the north. It was a proper nation with governance, hierarchy, and control over the surrounding lands.

When the Iceflame Queen conquered the Stone Giants and brought them under her iron-fisted rule, the marsh giants — who had served under the Stone Giants — were driven out and fled south into the Latan Swamp. The Iron Fortress became a ruin.

Current State (4724–4725)

Abandoned and decaying. Monitored by Tronk's garrison as a potential rallying point or staging area. May contain remnants of Stone Giant history, artifacts, or holdout inhabitants.
